Lead Fabrication Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fabrication process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the fabrication team in the production of heavy equipment parts, including designing, prototyping, and testing.
  • To prepare specifications and Bills of Material for costing purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • To plan, organize, and control manufacturing process activities, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • To select machines, tools, and materials for approved products, considering cost-saving implementations and product design.
  • To collaborate with the Marketing department to develop product designs that meet customer requirements.
  • To work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality of parts is maintained.
  • To maintain machines and facilities in optimal condition, ensuring uninterrupted use.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferably from Japan, China, or Korea-based industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
