Nursing Practice Director

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Nursing Practice Director will oversee the development and implementation of professional nursing practice models and interdisciplinary care models to ensure high-quality patient care. This includes serving as a liaison between nursing staff/management and other departments to promote patient and staff safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance to senior leadership on the implementation of nursing practice and care models, including nurse triage, post-discharge follow-up, coordination of care and services, policies, protocols, and standing orders.
Nurse Triage and Medication Refill Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Nurse Triage and Centralized Medication Refill department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Float Pool Management: Manage the Float Pool, providing support and resources to meet the needs of patients and staff.
Education and Experience: A Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or Health Care Administration is preferred, with 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
