Academic Trainer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Academic Trainer to join our team and contribute to the education and development of our students. As a full-time, on-site position, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs, assessing student progress, and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Main Tasks:

• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience
• Providing support and guidance to students who require additional help

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development principles, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification or equivalent is also desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Ability to create and implement educational programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
