Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to manage our online store. This role involves handling product listings, sourcing, research, and inventory management.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listings: Create and manage listings on our e-commerce platforms.
  2. Product Sourcing: Find and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for products.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, communicate with suppliers, and forward orders to suppliers.
  4. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement SEO, SEM strategies, and social media marketing campaigns to increase online presence.
  5. Social Media Management: Manage our presence on Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  6. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Shopify platform and apps.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
