Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Draftsman to join our team. As an Electrical Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Incorporate Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems into electrical designs.
  • Coordinate with other draftsmen and designers to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates for electrical systems.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on ELV systems like CCTV, PAS, ACS, FAS, QMS, NCS, Structured Cabling and other ELV Systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.
  • Experience in drafting electrical systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman or similar role.
