Senior Software Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management. He/she will be responsible for promoting innovative methodologies to deliver high-quality technology solutions. This includes providing strategic direction, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, and leading globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote agile methodologies to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee project lifecycles.
  • Lead globally distributed teams and take ownership of critical issues and project financials.
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and define solution blueprints.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing scalable, distributed systems and handling high-volume transactions.
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, infrastructure, and legacy code refactoring.
  • Proficient in .Net, C#, HTML5/JavaScript, SQL, and RDBMS architecture.
  • Applied experience with SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and writing Unit/Integration tests.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices and tools, preferably Microsoft-based; GIT required.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and cloud (SaaS/PaaS) concepts.
  • Skilled in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes in Consumer Goods/Retail is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team supervision, time management, and problem-solving skills. Fast learner with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).


Additional Skills:
  • Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to define scope, pricing, and develop SOWs for new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor project teams across functions, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide technical governance, challenge requirements, and conduct regular reviews with leadership and clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather feedback, support product enhancements, and align with client needs.
