We're seeking an experienced Digital Downloads and SEO Expert to lead our online storefront operations.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing listings for downloadable products on Etsy. Your primary focus will be on ensuring these listings are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Listing Management: Upload and manage digital download listings on Etsy, utilizing your expertise to create engaging product titles and descriptions.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices to improve listing visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags that capture the essence of our digital products.
  • Customer Support: Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot any customer access issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Visual Content: Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools to showcase our digital offerings in the best possible light.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor shop analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust listings accordingly to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
  • Industry Staying Ahead: Stay current with Etsy algorithm updates, industry trends, and marketplace policies to ensure our shop remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Etsy Experience: Proven track record of managing an Etsy shop with digital products, demonstrating expertise in listing optimization and customer engagement strategies.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of Etsy SEO principles, including keyword research tools (e.g., eRank, Marmalead), and listing optimization techniques.
  • Digital File Formats: Familiarity with common digital file formats (PDF, PNG, ZIP, etc.) and automation tools for seamless delivery.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software to create visually appealing product visuals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve any issues promptly.
