UI/UX Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to lead our design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft user-centric solutions that meet business objectives and delight customers.
  2. Conduct user research activities, including interviews, ethnographic observation, workflow analyses, and contextual inquiry.
  3. Communicate customer requirements through storytelling, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual/functional design specifications.
  4. Craft alternative design proposals to validate with stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with development and product management partners to negotiate project scope and ensure customer experience is a top priority.
  6. Deliver design documentation for various audiences, including software development, testing, technical publications, sales, and marketing.
  7. Review feature implementation, test plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy of desired application results.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive workflows.
  9. Maintain familiarity with other company products and competitive products to ensure compatibility.
  10. Present design solutions to stakeholders to drive resolution on proposed features and functionality.
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.

  • Mastery of Figma required; proficiency in other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of UX and visual design principles, as well as standard design tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Extensive experience in utilizing user-centered design process, conducting user research, A/B testing, usability testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A clear and effective communication style, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work across multiple platforms.
