Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Automation and Orchestration Specialist to drive efficient and scalable solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, automation, and orchestration, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine operational requirements for software solutions.
  • Provide expertise on information system options, risk, and operational impact.
  • Mentor junior software developers to gain experience and assume DevOps responsibilities.
  • Manage the installation and configuration of solutions.
  • Develop interface simulators and design automated module deployments.
  • Complete code and script updates, as well as resolve product implementation errors.
  • Oversee routine maintenance procedures and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
  • Ensure best practices in network administration and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Software and/or Infrastructure, with a desired 3+ years in relevant cloud, automation, and orchestration positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizations.
  • Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows system administration.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Shell, Python, Groovy, Powershell, or others.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running in the cloud.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Experience with Infrastructure Definition/Provisioning tools (Terraform, Cloudformation, ARM) is desired.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including IAM, EC2, EBS, ELB, RDS, S3, Route 53, Gateways, VPCs, CloudWatch, Lambda scripts, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
