Biz Development Executive

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and results-driven Biz Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives;
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets;
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales);
• 3+ years of sales experience in a similar role;
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
