      • Able to work in Eastern Time Zone and possess excellent communication skills.">
      • Good listener, able to work proactively, and resolve issues promptly.">
      • Ability to achieve high results in a high-pressure environment.">
      • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana), and collaboration/documentation tools (Confluence).">
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.">
      • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI, CSPO) is an asset.
