About this role:
  • You will lead course development from inception to launch, including project plan development, coordination with stakeholders, and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Research and create text-based, interactive courses for engineering audiences.
  • Review and suggest edits to courses written by subject matter experts to ensure editorial and technical quality standards are met.
  • Develop expertise on platform capabilities to effectively create courses and guide external authors.
  • Monitor technical developments to contribute to course strategy and ensure Educative courses meet learner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Development: Lead course development from inception to launch, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, and engineering team collaboration.
  • Course Creation: Research and develop text-based, interactive courses for engineering audiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and suggest edits to courses written by subject matter experts to ensure high-quality content.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop knowledge on platform capabilities to effectively create courses and guide external authors.
  • Tech Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with technical developments to inform course strategy and meet learner needs.
About You:
  • You have a strong understanding of computer science concepts, such as data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.
  • Passionate about learning new programming languages and technologies.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Strong time management skills.
