Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communication Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visual concepts and designs for brand campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing visual concepts and designs for brand campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Harmonizing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets consistently and efficiently.
  • Ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
  • Creating illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support content and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the company's visual brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all materials.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and innovative.
  • Providing conceptual and creative ideas for impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding visual hierarchy to deliver clear and effective information.
  • Visualizing and designing data in a clear and concise format.

Requirements
  1. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects across various mediums.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  4. An excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  5. Experience in designing for digital marketing, including social media, email, and web.
  6. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional design work.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. 4+ years of professional experience.
  2. Experience working in a B2B environment.
  3. Experience with video editing and animation software.
  4. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  9. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities.
  10. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
