IT Support Officer – Part Time

This part-time IT support role involves ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Key responsibilities include Windows installation, network administration, server maintenance, and peripheral management.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in computer hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot user issues.   • Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers and network hardware to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Investigate user problems, identify causes, determine possible solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Compile and maintain analysis reports on Sales Staff to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with all CCTV-related matters, printing, and processing dispatch on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
