We are looking for an experienced EHS Supervisor to oversee safe operations at various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety, with expertise in ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS incidents, injuries, and near-misses, and conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Proven track record of reducing EHS incidents and improving compliance with regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform EHS decisions.
