Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Admission Manager is to maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records and communication logs using our state-of-the-art admissions database.

This position involves assisting with office administrative activities, answering and directing phone calls, organizing and filing documents, and providing support on projects and general tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with applicants, colleagues, and other stakeholders through regular updates and notifications.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance on various projects and tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: No prior experience or education is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, organization and attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
