Job Description

As a key member of the Al Hafiz Crystoplast team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process in our Injection Unit. This involves ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently while minimizing waste.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing process monitoring sheets, job setting sheets, and efficiency data to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.
  • Monitoring production plans against actual performance and investigating variations or shortfalls.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality complaints related to raw materials, semi-finished items, and packing materials.
  • Coordinating with stores and Plant Managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and addressing shortfalls.
  • Working with the maintenance department to address persistent machine and accessory issues affecting wastage.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in injection molding units (a plus point).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
