- Develop and maintain assets, liability, and capital account systems and records.
- Estimate the amount of capital required for the proper functioning of the business.
- Devising a capital structure.
- Management of cash.
- Accounting books.
- Payments and receipts.
- Theft management.
- Budgeting and approvals.
- Payroll management.
- Stores account management.
- Asset management.
- Income and GST.
- Negotiating prices and contracts.
- Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings.
- Determining quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong financial knowledge including taxation rules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in setting up the accounting function.
- Experience in procurement is an added advantage.
