
Service Advocate

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our customer support team as a Service Advocate. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Customer Contact: Establish rapport with clients and gather information about their needs and concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze problems and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each customer.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
- Customer-Facing Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably with international clients.
