Director of Student Experience
">This leadership role involves driving the development of student experience initiatives and services that support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student affairs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing student experience projects, working closely with academic administration to identify student cohorts requiring assistance and support, managing the onboarding of international students, and serving as a role model for students.
">Key Responsibilities:

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
">- A Master's degree with knowledge of the Higher Education Sector and its administration.
- IT skills, including use of Word, Excel Databases, and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
- Sensitive and tactful approach to working with a diverse student community.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, university departments, and external organisations.
