We're seeking a seasoned product strategist to join our team.

Job Description

Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution plan. This includes leading the end-to-end lifecycle of game features and updates—from concept to live operations.

KPI Analysis and Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily active users, retention, and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, quality assurance, data analysts, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming or mobile applications
  • Proven track record of working on successful mobile games or scalable tech products
  • Deep understanding of game KPIs, player behavior, and monetization models
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with Unity game engine, app analytics platforms, Jira, Sourcetree, and project tracking tools
  • A strong passion for games and the player experience
