We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Executive Assistant with a strong focus on marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Manage and organize the inbox, calendar, and content library for seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Conduct market research, analyze campaign metrics, and provide recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure project success.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role with significant marketing responsibilities.
- Proficient in Project Management Tools, comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and experience with Typeform or Jotform is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in digital content creation.
- Display creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
