Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in database development and optimization, as well as proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for backend development and integration tasks.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in T-SQL, Azure DevOps, and version control systems like Git. A solid understanding of frontend and backend integration patterns is essential. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with active participation in sprints and code reviews, is also required.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and design solutions for responsive web applications
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues
  • Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality
  • Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong emphasis on database development and optimization
  • Strong expertise in T-SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Proficient in C#/.NET and Python for backend development and integration tasks
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration; GraphQL experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend integration patterns
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Proficient in using Git and adhering to version control best practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with active participation in sprints and code reviews
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
