Marcus Evans Group is a leading provider of business intelligence and event marketing solutions. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Summits division as Account Development Executives.


About the Role

This role requires exceptional research and writing skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. You will be responsible for identifying senior decision-makers who align with summit themes and objectives, building targeted prospect lists, creating high-quality outreach campaigns, and meeting weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify senior decision-makers who align with summit themes and objectives.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and online platforms.
  • Create high-quality outreach campaigns that drive inbound inquiries.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain the quality of our contacts database.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales professionals across EMEA and North America.

Qualifications
  1. A recognized degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  2. 1-2 years experience in email marketing, research, and lead generation.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required.
  5. The ability to adapt to a performance-driven culture is crucial.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
