- Maintaining and increasing sales of Turk Plast products.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding new markets / new customers.
- Setting sales targets for individual sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies by analyzing sales figures.
- To collect data from the market of competitors, pricing, promotional scheme.
- To ensure the coverage of the whole territory twice in a month.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Increase sales of Turk Plast products through effective marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales team to set and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Cover the entire sales territory at least twice a month.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Promote Turk Plast brand to existing and potential customers.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
