Job Title: Brand and Marketing Strategist

The Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand and Marketing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt the marketing and brand strategy based on defined goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Design and implement social media and digital marketing strategies for our products, focusing on iPhone and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated marketing plans, driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs.
  • Provide support for management decisions on business models, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms.
  • Develop co-branding and co-marketing strategies with industry partners to promote our products.
  • Identify internal and external sources of market knowledge, including research companies, internal databases, and personal networking.
  • Produce regular market analysis reports, intelligence, and brand health reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an ad agency or brand management company.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills.
  • Confident presentation and public speaking skills, with expertise in using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Extensive experience managing creative agencies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and aesthetic skills.
  • Insight-driven approach and ability to use initiative.
  • Strong brand and project management skills, as well as analytical competence.
  • Good commercial awareness and creativity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creative writing skills.
