Job Description:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership and teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity, retention, and employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions, interpreting and presenting data and analytics to provide meaningful insights to the business, and offering HR policy guidance and advice on employee life cycle matters. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the business unit, staying updated with the best HR practices across industry, and creating thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
