Senior Mobile Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role.

This position is ideal for an experienced developer with a deep technical background in mobile application development and a passion for delivering high-performance, scalable mobile solutions.

As a key contributor, you will play a central role in building robust mobile experiences and influencing the mobile architecture and technical roadmap of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms using native (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) or cross-platform technologies (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin).
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence across the mobile stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, tools, and practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin).
  • Strong understanding of mobile platform design guidelines, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Experience with architectural decision-making and long-term technical planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Android Studio, Xcode, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (Kotlin, Java, Dart, React).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in mobile applications.
  • Background in logistics, distribution, warehouse management, or last-mile delivery platforms.
  • Familiarity with security audits, vulnerability assessments, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams or managing remote collaboration.
  • Project management and team collaboration experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Confidence in defending technical decisions and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (design, product, and back-end teams).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and effective technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 10 years of relevant work experience.
