Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Large Language Model Specialist to develop, fine-tune and deploy large-scale language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and fine-tune large-scale language models using GPT, LLaMA, BERT and T5.
  2. Optimize model performance using techniques such as quantization, pruning, LoRA and distillation.
  3. Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector search solutions using FAISS and Pinecone.
  4. Deploy models using TorchServe, Triton and Hugging Face Inference Endpoints.
  5. Evaluate and optimize the efficiency of MLOps practices.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience in NLP, Deep Learning and Large Language Model training.
  2. Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX.
  4. Experience with distributed training using Ray, DeepSpeed and FSDP.
  5. Strong knowledge of ML frameworks, vector databases and MLOps tools.
