  • Outreach is personalized at scale while leveraging automation.
  • Open, click, and reply rates are analyzed, optimizing campaigns based on performance.
  • Inbound leads and bids on freelancing platforms are managed.
  • Discovery calls are conducted to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration with internal teams ensures draft proposals, estimates, and contracts are created.
Performance Metrics & Optimization
  • Meetings booked, opportunities created, conversion rates, and revenue closed are tracked.
  • Refined outreach strategies utilize performance data.
  • Market insights are shared with leadership to enhance positioning and offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong proficiency with sales tools.
  • Experience setting up automated outbound workflows.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to lead client calls and close deals.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and process-oriented.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with data/analytics concepts.
  • Previous success in scaling outbound outreach at a startup or agency.
  • Experience with Zapier/Make or other workflow automation platforms.
