Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Fit Out Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi-disciplined project solutions, with direct accountability for project delivery.

This position involves coordinating all aspects of project management, including programme, budget, quality, scope, internal & external procurement, and risk. The coordinator will work closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Manage internal and external design teams to develop design solutions that meet client requirements and budget.
  • Collaborate with local government agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
  • Administer complex contracts and manage the compliance of contractors and consultants to contract terms and conditions.
  • Assist in compiling tender documents and reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, and client reporting.
  • Deliver projects within the framework of agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and coordination.
  • PMP or LEED AP certification is preferred.
