Job Title: AI Automation SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies for AI-powered automation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute QA Strategies: Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies for AI automation products, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Solution Enablement teams to translate requirements into robust test plans, ensuring seamless product development and delivery.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential edge cases, failure points, and system-level risks early in the development lifecycle, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive quality improvements.
  • Design and Implement Automated Test Suites: Design and implement automated test suites (unit, integration, regression, performance, end-to-end) using Python/JavaScript, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient testing and deployment.
  • Build Reusable Test Frameworks: Develop reusable test frameworks that scale across multiple products and teams, driving consistency and efficiency in our testing processes.
  • Research and Implement AI-driven QA Tools: Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven QA tools and methodologies, applying machine learning and AI to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
  • Apply AI to Test Generation and Anomaly Detection: Utilize AI to generate test cases, detect anomalies, and analyze logs, ensuring high-quality products and minimizing defects.
  • Champion Best Practices: Champion best practices for AI-enabled QA within the organization, promoting a culture of quality and reliability across our teams.
  • Partner with Engineers and Product: Collaborate with engineers to ensure test coverage and quality gates are embedded in the development process, working closely with Product to define acceptance criteria and verify business-critical workflows.
  • Communicate Quality Status and Risks: Proactively communicate quality status, risks, and improvements to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across our organization.
  • Drive Culture of Quality: Drive a culture of quality and reliability across the organization, documenting test cases, frameworks, and QA processes for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python/JavaScript: Proficiency in writing test automation code using Python/JavaScript, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Test Automation Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test suites, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and solution enablement.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and drive quality improvements.
