Sourcing and Recruitment Expertise

We are looking for a talented sourcing and recruitment expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, source candidates from multiple channels, including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals, and job sites, maintain candidate databases and keep them updated with status and feedback.
  • Recruitment Management: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with candidates, assist in developing and executing recruitment plans to meet business objectives, work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in creating and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an attractive workplace, develop content for social media, careers pages, and other employer branding platforms, partner with the regional employer branding team to design and execute campaigns, track and analyze employer brand metrics, and provide insights on how to enhance visibility.
  • Partnership with Academia: Partner with universities to create media masters & internship programs, work with universities to offer GroupM management trainee and internships that provide students with real-world experience and exposure to our company, assist Senior Manager in attending and managing career fairs, hosting recruitment events, or conducting interviews on campuses to identify top talent early in their academic careers.
