We are seeking a Deep Learning Engineer to join our team. This role involves working on developing and improving our AI-powered solutions, including training production models for various machine learning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement deep learning models to improve our AI-powered solutions.">
  • Train and deploy production-level machine learning models for various tasks such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and event prediction.">
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges through AI/ML solutions.">
  • Collaborate with other engineers to integrate machine learning models into our Time and Attendance and Employee Scheduling software.">
  • Use modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch to implement and optimize models.">
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance in real-world production environments.">

Requirements:

">

You have 2+ years of experience in training and deploying production models. You are proficient in the following libraries: PyTorch, Pandas, and Numpy. You have hands-on experience with language models and a solid understanding of model architectures such as Transformers, RNN, and LSTM.

Preferred Qualifications:

">

Familiarity with advanced machine learning concepts is strongly encouraged. Experience with state space modeling, hidden Markov models, BEAM search, human feedback reinforcement learning, relationship graph theory, and automatic prompt optimization is a plus. You have worked on language model user experiences using DSPy and LangChain.
