As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will lead a team of sales executives and collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence and alignment with corporate objectives.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a university degree and a minimum of five years of experience in passenger sales within a highly competitive airline travel market. At least three years of experience in a management capacity is required. Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are necessary. A proven track record in developing and implementing budgets is essential. Strong analytical thinking abilities and a high level of initiative are required to remain up-to-date on market trends and formulate innovative strategies.
Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the local travel market and possess a valid local driving license. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to the development of a well-integrated sales strategy is also essential.
