Project Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
• Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
• Monitor the progress and quality of the work being produced by different teams, ensuring that deliverables meet the company's standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
