We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails developer to contribute to the development of dynamic and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features from scratch using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Develop end-to-end tested software solutions with a focus on quality and reliability.
  • Deploy production changes on a daily basis, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Ruby on Rails: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Ruby and web application development, preferably with recent experience using Rails 5.
  • Database: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query language, including the ability to write and optimize SQL queries for improved performance.
  • Javascript / Front End: Expertise in modern web protocols and markup languages (CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, AJAX, etc.) with cross-browser compatibility experience; experience with MVC frameworks is highly valued.
  • The drive to take ownership of high-impact projects from day one and deliver results-driven outcomes that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ensuring data-driven decision making and problem-solving to drive business success.
  • Proficiency in Restful APIs Integration for seamless communication between systems.
  • Ability to optimize technology for mobile apps, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Source codes hosted on Github, facilitating collaboration and innovation among team members.
