Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic locking and access control (ELV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain ELV systems, including turnstiles, access control, point-of-sale (POS), and ticket vending machines (TVMs).
  • Perform routine system inspections and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and prevent potential security breaches.
  • Document service activities and generate detailed reports for completed tasks, highlighting areas of improvement and any notable achievements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment for both clients and team members.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and service visits, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to customers and team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in ELV technologies, applying this knowledge to improve services and stay ahead of competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed knowledge of ELV systems and their components, including hardware and software configurations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, enabling effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication with clients and team members.
  • Capability of working both independently and collaboratively, adapting to different work environments and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assignments when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Experience and Education:
  • Minimum: 3 years of experience in ELV system maintenance and installation, preferably with a strong background in electronics or a related field.
  • Preferred: 5 years of hands-on experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in theoretical knowledge and practical application.
