Production Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the overall planning, production, and quality assurance of our factory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the PVC field.

Key Qualifications:

Masters Degree: Masters in Operations or Engineering Management is required. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the PVC field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in production management, industrial manufacturing, engineering management, or operations management.

Key Skills:

  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production.
  • Lead the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
