We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our growing design team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that deliver seamless experiences. You will leverage E-commerce-specific user behavior insights to improve product flows and increase engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for E-commerce web/mobile platforms. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive and seamless experiences
  • Leverage E-commerce-specific user behavior insights to improve product flows and increase engagement and conversions
  • Create design solutions that enhance digital product performance across E-commerce features like product discovery, checkout, personalization, and customer retention
  • Facilitate product vision through design research, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and performance
  • Design responsive UI components optimized for mobile and web
  • Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate accordingly
  • Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing assets such as banners, promotional visuals, and in-product graphics aligned with brand identity
  • Stay on top of the latest design trends, particularly in the E-commerce and AI sectors
