Salesforce Developer Position Description

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Design & Development: Develop scalable architectures using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Customization & Configuration: Implement user permissions, profiles, and security settings.
  • Integration & APIs: Ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and business-critical systems.
  • Performance & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required), Platform Developer II (Preferred).
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL), experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools, strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
