Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives engaged in outbound and inbound telecommunications sales campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets, providing ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to drive success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of CSRs working on outbound and inbound calls for telecommunications campaigns targeting American customers.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure targets are met, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide real-time feedback to improve performance.
  • Provide regular coaching sessions to help team members improve their sales techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
  • Assist CSRs with difficult calls, handle escalated customer concerns, and ensure that all team members follow company protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to execute and optimize sales campaigns, ensuring team members align with campaign objectives and targets.
  • Maintain quality standards, ensure adherence to scripts, and promote a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
