**Project Associate Role**

We seek a detail-oriented Project Associate to contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects.

This role will involve coordinating tasks and deliverables with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track project activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in scheduling project timelines, resources, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update project documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate records of all project communications and activities.
  • Liaise between departments, vendors, and clients for smooth communication.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related reports and status updates.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks or delays to management.
  • Support project teams during audits and evaluations.
  • Uphold compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative/project roles or similar fields.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of project management tools and methodologies is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Discretion when handling confidential project information.

Education and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or document control.
  • Experience in oil & gas or engineering/construction sectors is advantageous.
