Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and self-sufficient E-commerce Specialist to support our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize product listings for clarity and conversion across all online channels.
  • Maintain the accuracy of website content, identifying and correcting errors or outdated information in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries, maintaining a high level of brand trust and engagement.
  • Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to enhance user experience.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place orders, and track fulfillment status.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related field.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Specifications
  • Stable internet connection with minimum 15 Mbps bandwidth.
  • Personal PC or laptop with i5 processor or higher.
