About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales Lead and drive business growth. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can lead our sales team and develop new business opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting research to identify potential prospects and their pain points.
  • Determining how Onewood can speak to those needs and building relationships with key buying influencers.
  • Developing a strong sales plan with the team and working with the Sales Directors and VP of Sales to grow the sales pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years' experience in digital marketing sales.
  • Experience with Zurmo or another CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
