Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, conducting market research to identify new business trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties, collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and staying updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
