Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Operations Manager to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of building spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficiency and high standards
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues promptly
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas for safety and cleanliness
  • Comply with health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, supplies, and equipment inventory
  • Ensure proper security measures for the workplace
  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities
  • Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in facilities management or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role
  • Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and other building systems, including electrical and structural components
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks as needed
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role
