Lead Software Project Manager

We seek an accomplished Technical Project Manager to spearhead software development projects. As a TPM, you will have opportunities for significant professional growth by planning and managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize the software development process in line with the product roadmap and release deadlines.
  • Assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team.
  • Establish timelines and closely track release cycles, coordinating with development, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Engage C-suite executives on new feature ideas following the company vision and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with account managers to create end-user guides.
  • Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets.
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira.
  • High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to communicate multiple project tasks across various cross-functional teams.
