About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET/.NET Core and React, as well as expertise in SQL, JavaScript, and database design.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Islamabad that requires the successful candidate to work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using .NET/.NET Core and React.
  • Write efficient, scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Build responsive and maintainable front-end components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Follow agile development practices and actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
  • Travel for client meetings or onsite support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience.
  • A strong command of .NET/.NET Core and C# for backend development.
  • Strong expertise in modern React and its ecosystem, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components.
  • Hands-on experience with Microfrontend design and implementation, and ability to work with Webpack Module Federation or similar tools for Microfrontends.
  • Solid understanding of modular and component-based architecture; familiarity with state management libraries such as Valtio and Redux.
  • Experience with or exposure to Sencha Ext JS is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend/backend services.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to present and articulate technical solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and package managers (npm/yarn).
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to convert designs from tools like Figma.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
