Job Description:

An experienced web application developer and designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to work well under minimal supervision.

The role requires an individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation. Key responsibilities include developing business knowledge and analysis skills in web development, working closely with end-users and senior staff to analyze and design web applications, coding applications using appropriate tools, and preparing them for computer operation through debugging and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops business knowledge and analysis skills in web development.
  • Works closely with end-users and senior staff to analyze and design web applications.
  • Codes applications using appropriate tools, documents them, and prepares them for computer operation through debugging and testing.
  • Maintains and modifies existing applications independently or under senior staff direction.
  • Evaluates and analyzes software and hardware products as part of corporate reviews.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in web development. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.

The candidate should also have proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and database management systems. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is also required.

A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well under minimal supervision. They will also possess a commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
